About Pinstripe

Pinstripe Inventories are a leading residential Property Inventory group. We guarantee 24 hour turnaround on all reports we produce and deliver a consistently high service level across all our branches. We have developed our own iPad inventory software that allows us to produce high quality reports while reducing the time spent in the property. We are constantly modernising the property inventory sector with our systems and service.

Taking on a Pinstripe Inventories Franchise is not a part time commitment. We are looking for motivated individuals who are driven and looking for the challenge of taking on large property agencies and portfolios. Our current Franchise Directors come from a diverse range of backgrounds ranging from Investment Banking to Telecommunications. If you can show us your potential, we will add ours.

Membership of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers will be a clear demonstration to landlords, agents and tenants that the member has achieved accreditation in their profession and has met the industry best practice standards.
